Sapphire Vehicles Services believe that our customers should be confident in their choice of maintenance provision. All vehicle workshops operate to a zero tolerance on sub-standard maintenance. Strict methods of quality control are held to deliver the highest possible standards including audits on vehicles, trailers, maintenance records, site facilities and equipment.

Our Standards

To mark the progress made, Sapphire Vehicles Services have been awarded the coveted IRTE status at nine of its depots for a major UK supermarket. Sapphire has enhanced its commitment to driving service excellence through ensuring it’s technicians are accredited on the IRTE passport scheme. Health and safety standards underpin all of our activity and something taken very seriously within Sapphire Vehicle Services. This is apparent through the latest accreditation awarded to the company, safecontractor. To truly provide our customers with a partnership for the commercial transportation challenges of today we need to continuously strive for the best and our robust standards ensure we can deliver this.
